He’s led major turnarounds for industry leaders like Great Southern Wood and The Home Depot, consistently delivering 4x growth and sustainable results.

Rooted in faith since 1979, Tim integrates ethics, grace, and Kingdom values into every aspect of his work. He lives in Arkansas with his wife Mary Lynn, is a proud father and grandfather, and is committed to generational impact through business and discipleship.

With a career that spans over four decades, Tim has worn many hats—carpentry apprentice, retail manager, corporate strategist, systems expert, and consultant. Each role became a stepping stone toward his calling: to serve others through business coaching rooted in clarity, simplicity, and eternal purpose.
From building market dominance for Great Southern Wood on the Gulf Coast to architecting systems for The Home Depot’s vendor teams, Tim has helped businesses multiply growth and reclaim struggling markets. His expertise spans construction, retail, insurance, health & fitness, and niche manufacturing industries—guiding teams through 4x revenue growth, massive turnarounds, and strategic reinvention.
Today, Tim empowers business owners and emerging coaches to simplify the complex, systematize success, and align business operations with biblical principles. He believes that the same truths that transform lives also transform organizations—and that anything worth doing can be simplified.
As a coach, he helps clients discover profound breakthroughs across business, life, and ministry—what he calls the "Deep Dive Dozen." His approach is rooted in the belief that God’s principles are life principles, and that culling—removing what’s nonessential—is often the most important lever for growth.
Tim is certified through the Work The System organization and has trained with leading business thinkers, including Michael Gerber and Zig Ziglar. He holds a BS from the University of Alabama and has completed the StreetWise MBA Bootcamp and Leadership Baldwin County.
Saved by grace in August 1979, his life and leadership philosophy flow from biblical values—ethics, integrity, and grace. He has served as a Life Group Leader at New Life Church in Hot Springs and believes business is one of the most powerful platforms for ministry.
On a personal level, Tim is a devoted husband to Mary Lynn Nevitt, and a proud father and grandfather. His life has been shaped by resilience, family legacy, and a lifelong love of learning. From building businesses to building up others, his heart is set on generational impact—raising leaders who multiply transformation in their families, communities, and beyond.
